Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Pre-owned Automotive Sales Specialist to join our dynamic dealership team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with high-quality pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Your expertise in automotive sales, combined with your strong communication skills and passion for cars, will help you build lasting relationships and achieve sales excellence. Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline for pre-owned vehicles Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability Staying updated on available pre-owned vehicles and assisting in marketing efforts to promote inventory Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support ongoing sales support activities Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients in a bilingual or multilingual environment Maintain organized records of sales activities, manage retail math calculations accurately, and support dealership operations through effective inventory management Deliver compelling public promotional events or vehicle presentations to attract new customers and boost dealership visibility Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably with dealership experience in high-end or pre-owned vehicle markets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems; familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus Exceptional communication skills in both English and at least one additional language; bilingual abilities are highly valued Outbound sales experience including cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) interactions preferred Knowledge of automotive industry standards, practices, and retail math principles Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that values proactive outreach and high-end sales techniques Join us as a Pre-owned Automotive Sales Specialist where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales.
