Bilingual Retail Sales Representative (English / Spanish) Job Summary We are seeking a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our Total Wireless team. You will welcome customers, identify their tech needs, and sell wireless plans, devices, and accessories to meet monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities Engage customers fluently in both English and Spanish. Sell Total Wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system. Assist with device setups, troubleshooting, and store displays. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required. 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, tech-savvy skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
