  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract We are hiring a driven inside sales representative to work from our Stone Mountain warehouse, handling inbound retailer inquiries, walk-in wholesale orders, and phone/tele-sales outreach.
Because a large portion of our retail customer base is Hindi,Spanish and English speaking, fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this role. If you are bilingual, sales-motivated, and want to grow with a company in one of the fastest-moving product categories in the country — this is your opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle walk-in wholesale customers at the warehouse, processing orders and upselling Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to existing and prospective retail accounts Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with a diverse retailer customer base Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on open orders and payments Learn product catalog across hemp, kratom, nicotine, and lifestyle SKUs Collaborate with the road sales and tele-sales team on account coverage
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — required 1+ year in sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution preferred Strong phone manner and written communication skills Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment Self-motivated with ability to hit daily and weekly sales targets
