Job Description
Tritex Services, a well established, locally owned and operated, 38 year company is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) - 4 (four days)/10 (ten hour per day) per week, M-Thursday. Selected individuals will be responsible for delivery, service of accounts and pick-up of uniforms, linen, floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies and other products. Duties involve driving a company provided van/ box truck to and from numerous customers on a pre established route. Duties include bending, lifting (able to lift 75+ lbs), carrying and walking clean products into and soiled product out of customer accounts. RSR's are responsible for customer satisfaction, by responding to customer needs and requests, as well as pro-active problem solving and the ability to interact socially well with customers. Additionally, RSR's are responsible for continued growth on existing route, through sales to current customers as well as sales calls to potential new customers. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED A valid driver's license Previous customer service experience, preferably in the service industry Previous experience working in a sales-related role Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Our RSR's enjoy: Competitive Pay- Base plus commissions IRA Retirement Plan Health Insurance Disability, Life Insurance, Dental and other Supplemental Insurance available
