Agent Benefits Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the agency and achieve sales goals Provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community Promote Farmers Insurance products and services through various marketing efforts Recruit, train, and oversee staff to support agency growth Oversee agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success
Requirements:
This opportunity is specifically designed for experienced professionals including business owners, executives, and senior-level sales or operations leaders. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, leadership, or business development are highly encouraged to apply. Must reside in Georgia and possess a Georgia Property and Casualty license along with a Georgia Life and Health License.
