Business Development Representative (BDR) PuroClean of Hilo, Hawaii About Us PuroClean of East Las Vegas is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses. We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who enjoys building relationships, networking, and growing business through referral partnerships. If you're an energetic, self-driven sales professional who enjoys working in the field and developing long-term client relationships, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, plumbers, HVAC companies, and other referral partners. Prospect new business through face-to-face visits, networking events, and community involvement. Manage an assigned sales territory and consistently grow referral accounts. Conduct Lunch & Learns and educational presentations. Attend networking groups, trade associations, and industry events. Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities. Work closely with the operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications Previous experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or B2B sales preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable spending most of the day meeting clients in the field. Experience using CRM software is a plus. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
