Inc. is looking for a Inside Scaffold Sales to join our team in Honolulu, HI. Inside Sales Representative - Atlas Sales Co., Inc.

Location:

Honolulu, Hawaii Atlas Sales Company is a Supplier of Scaffolding and Forming products to Hawaii and the Pacific Basin as well as a Licensed Scaffold Contractor. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that can use their skills to effectively develop new customers while maintain existing customers. The position requires phone reception skills, helping walk-in customers with their scaffold needs and coordination with internal departments for all phases of work to ensure customer satisfaction. The position will require proficiency in MS Office, filing, maintaining product documentation, ability to produce simple sketches and take-offs. Knowledge in graphics or CAD software will be a plus.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of verifiable Sales experience.

Education:

Minimum:

High School diploma. Preferred BA or BS degree.

• Proficient in math, computers, email, internet, copiers, and fax.
• CAD or similar Computer Graphic Design capability preferred.
• Valid HI driver's license.
• Previous work in the construction industry preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers and coworkers through the creation of clear proposals, drawings and other documents.
• Able to obtain, review, and understand blueprints/plans and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive and profitable proposals.
• Must pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug/alcohol screen.
• Must maintain good attendance and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Phone reception and distribution of calls to the office
• Sales generating activities of all company products to walk-in customers and phone requests.
• Manage and create sales documents to ensure easy dissemination of product information.
• Prepare bids in a complete and timely manner that align with company policy and goals while meeting customer requirements.
• Coordinate all phases of work between co-workers and customers to ensure productivity and profitability goals are met.
• Monitor client billing to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing. Communicate any changes to ensure customer approval of any change orders.
• Maintain and coordinate work requirements between client and coworkers as needed.
• Investigate past due accounts, follow up to collect while maintaining customer relations.
• Attend training events to maintain and expand product knowledge and proficiency.

Supervisory Roles:

• Ensure availability of equipment for all projects. Source and order parts if necessary.
• Manage and coordinate orders between customer, warehouse, crew, dispatch and billing as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be capable of climbing scaffolding, ladders, etc. to take measurements if needed.
• Routine walking into warehouse to check inventory and coordinate orders with crew and dispatch.
• Remain calm under pressure. Intimidating, abusive or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Hours:

M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Full Time. Occasionally requires additional hours.

Pay:

Based on Experience (Hourly $25-$35 + Benefits)
