In this role, you will be primarily responsible for speaking with clients and engineers, expediting orders, and following through on the logistics and shipment arrivals. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be highly motivated, and possess basic math skills. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Location Kapolei, Oahu Pay $20 to $24 an hour Responsibilities Take and process orders from clients, generate orders and invoices. Calculate pricing and shipping costs on freight. Take and process orders. Track order shipments and schedule arrival details. Follow up with customers' orders and provide updates. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Strong customer service skills. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Must possess basic math skills. Must be highly motivated with strong initiative and follow-though.
