Inside Sales Representative - Plumbing Wholesale

Job Summary:

Inside Sales Representative must be committed to exceeding sales and gross margin objectives as assigned by JMF Company. •

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within their assigned territory. Possess the ability to clearly communicate the JMF value proposition. Possess the ability to handle up to 50 active accounts and manage a large and profitable account. Demonstrate the ability to effectively handle difficult customers, situations, and overcome customer objections. Execute daily tasks using JMF best practice activities, including the JMF Sales Model. Develop effective follow-up activities that results in consistent closing ratios. Ensure customer loyalty and retention through regular follow-up and superior customer service. Follow established procedures, respond promptly to all requests from customers and management. Be an active student of the industry, effective team member, and contribute ideas and actions for continuous improvement of the individual and team. Other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Required Education :

High School Education or GED Preferred Education:

College Degree or specialized training in sales

Required Work Experience:

Three (3) years of proven sales experience

Preferred Work Experience:

Five (5) years of proven sales experience

None Must be effective at communicating the "JMF Value Proposition". Must possess a strong ability to execute pricing and decision making Must possess strong and professional communication (verbal and written). Must possess strong judgment making skills to seek knowledge and approval required to achieve performance expectations.

Equipment/Software:

Ability to operate a variety of office equipment to include but not limited to personal computers, printers, scanners and calculators. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
