Job Summary Join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant and ignite your career in vehicle sales! Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase features that meet customer needs. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal product availability. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both in person and over the phone. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automotive products. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deals effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools is preferred. Strong communication skills, public speaking ability, and customer service orientation are essential. Experience in dealership operations or automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
