You'll spend your days meeting business owners, building relationships, and helping employees understand benefit options that fit their needs. Responsibilities Build relationships with business owners and decision makers in your community. Schedule and conduct appointments with local employers. Educate employees on voluntary benefit options. Learn our proven sales process through ongoing coaching and field training, which is paid.
