OVERVIEW

LightLab Wellness is a fast-growing red light therapy and wellness center. Our team is dedicated to helping clients improve their quality of life through all natural cellular healing and nutritional counseling. We specialize in weight loss, pain reduction, anti-aging, sports recovery, improving sleep, increased energy, decreasing inflammation, and overall wellness. We deliver real results in a single session, and we need a motivated sales professional who can guide clients from interest → to clarity → to commitment. This is NOT a high-pressure sales role. This IS a consultative role where the right questions, empathy, and confidence create natural conversions. We're looking for an experienced closer who thrives on helping people make decisions that improve their health and quality of life. Your primary responsibility is converting warm, pre-booked consultations into treatment plans using an educational, question-based framework (Specific training will be provided). You will meet with people already seeking help and walk them through a proven process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet with scheduled prospects in person Ask consultative questions to understand client goals and challenges Deliver treatment recommendations with confidence and clarity Follow established sales frameworks Maintain strong follow-up processes with undecided prospects Document appointments, outcomes, and client progress Monitor client progress through their assigned program Make recommendations based on our nutritional counseling guide Encourage client accountability Learn to coach, lead and overcome setbacks with confidence, through guided training for our clients Represent the LightLab brand with professionalism and compassion

COMPENSATION

Pay = $40,000.00 per year based on skill & experience + uncapped commission Free or discounted wellness services (red light therapy, whole body vibration sessions, products, supplements, etc.) Growth opportunities as the franchise expands

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

We want someone who is: Experienced in B2C sales (2+ years preferred) A strong communicator who asks great questions Comfortable discussing wellness and transformation Confident presenting treatment plans and pricing Warm, non-judgmental, and emotionally intelligent Motivated by helping people, not pressuring them Reliable, professional, and goal-driven Presents a health mindset through actions and words Comfortable discussing all stages of menopause, as the majority of our client base are females, ages 35-80. Industry experience in fitness, medspa, aesthetics, weight-loss, or wellness is a major plus but not required.

SCHEDULE

Full-time Includes some evenings (we close at 7pm) and possibly 1 Saturday morning per month Consistent schedule with high appointment volume
