We are focused on building strong client relationships, driving new business growth, and developing high-performing sales professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Clive team. Role Overview This is a sales-focused position centered on generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. If you are competitive, coachable, and driven by performance-based income growth, this role offers structured training, daily support, and a clear path to increasing earnings.
Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Flexible Schedule Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound prospecting Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Self-motivated with daily activity discipline Coachable and open to structured feedback Organized and able to manage multiple prospects Prior sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, hospitality, B2C or B2B) Must be able to obtain an Iowa Property & Casualty license (training support provided) Responsibilities Follow up with inbound quote requests for auto, home, renters, and small business insurance Conduct outbound calls to generate new opportunities Present coverage options clearly and confidently Cross-sell and bundle policies to increase household value Maintain and manage your pipeline using CRM systems Participate in ongoing coaching and sales development Contribute to agency growth goals and team production targets
