Training Overview:

This role begins with a structured 13-week training program that blends customer service, sales training, hands-on learning, and guided learning modules. Upon completing the training program, you will transition into your own truck and begin running sales/service appointments. This is a technician role that blends customer-facing communication with hands-on technical work in the field.

What You'll Do:
