Job Description

Are you a highly motivated, self-starter early in your career and eager to learn the art of sales? Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a thriving territory and build lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do Drive Sales Success :
Hit your goals and execute strategic sales plans across new and existing accounts.
Own Your Territory :
Manage distribution, pricing, and agreements while expanding PCA's footprint.
Build Relationships :
Be the trusted advisor your customers rely on-solve problems, meet needs, and grow business.
Collaborate Creatively :
Partner with our design team to enhance packaging solutions and develop new ones. Lead with

Analyze opportunities, recommend improvements, and help shape smarter sales processes. Manage the
Details :
Handle forecasting, budgeting, credit applications, and collections with precision. What You Bring Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (last 3 years). Ability to travel frequently across territory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and a team-first mindset. Confidence to make independent decisions and manage sensitive accounts. Why PCA?
