Sales Representative - Residential and Commercial Roofing, Siding & Insulation Sioux City, IA Full-Time Base Salary + Commission Elite Executive Partners is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a well-established Sioux City area client specializing in residential and commercial roofing, siding, and insulation. This position focuses on developing new business, building strong customer relationships, evaluating customer needs, and guiding customers through the sales process. Construction, roofing, siding, insulation, or outside sales experience is preferred. Candidates with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to build a successful sales career are also encouraged to apply. Essential Functions Develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities. Meet with homeowners, property owners, contractors, and other prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing, siding, and insulation solutions. Conduct onsite visits and gather information needed to prepare proposals and estimates. Present proposals, explain project options, and follow up with prospective customers. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process. Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship building. Follow up on leads and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with estimators, project managers, crews, suppliers, and office staff as needed. Maintain accurate customer, lead, proposal, and sales records. Learn company products, services, manufacturer requirements, and warranty options. Represent the company professionally in the community and on customer jobsites. Qualifications Roofing, siding, insulation, construction, or outside sales experience preferred. Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable meeting with customers and discussing project needs. Ability to develop leads, follow up consistently, and close sales. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple customers and sales opportunities. Basic math skills and ability to understand project measurements and pricing. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Ability to travel to local customer locations and jobsites. Dependable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Jobsite Requirements This position requires regular visits to customer properties and active construction sites. Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Walking residential and commercial properties and active jobsites. Navigating uneven terrain and exterior areas around buildings. Carrying sales materials and equipment needed for customer appointments. Working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Following all company and jobsite safety requirements. #eli
