Job Description
We are a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram franchise dealer located in Spencer, Iowa. We have been locally owned and operated for over 100 years. We sell new and pre-owned vehicles and have a service shop and parts department. We take great pride in treating all our customers and employees fairly, honestly, and respectfully. We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.
Duties include:
- Delivering exceptional service to all customers, everyday.
- Meet and greet customers. Help them choose the right vehicle for their needs, wants, and budget.
- Must be fair, honest, and respectful with all customers and co-workers.
- Help keep our car lot looking nice and the vehicles looking their best.
- Must have good computer skills to be able to learn about our products and our competitors.
- Good face-to-face, phone, and written communication skills very important.
- Must be self motivated and be good at time management.
- Looking for a team player willing to help our dealership with a variety of tasks that come up throughout the day.
- We have a lot of long time employees here and are looking for someone that is the right fit.

Full-time Pay:
$48,000.00- $55,000.
