Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for an entry to mid-level Business Development Representative for our client in West Des Moines. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, work well independently, and have strong communication skills. Strong customer services skills, follow through and positive attitude required.
Hours:
8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay:
DOE, position follows base pay plus commission structure Job Responsibilities Creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with key decision makers. Prospecting and qualifying new target accounts. Scheduling appointments with prospects and clients. Presentations, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Meet daily, weekly, quarterly and years sales activity goals. Working directly with internal service team to understand processes, goals, and expectations.
Requirements:
6-12 months business development exp. (b2b sales). High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation & proof of insurance. A competitive attitude. Problem solving and negotiating skills. Ability to hold a conversation, listen and overcome objections. Ability to work independently and meet goals.
