Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be a frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse audiences will drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Work alongside and assist our current Inside Sales team in processing customer requests including looking up parts, logging requests, and creating quotes. Assist our Outside Sales team on refining products offers to our customers Parts data entry, cost updates Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers, by means of emails, calls, presentations. Demonstrate and show new products or services per our sales guidelines Manage Existing account portfolios, and retain current clients Set up meetings with customers and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, and assist on the organization of them (secure the space, booth, materials etc.…). Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service, oriented in looking up data in ERP systems and Excel documents. Proficient with MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques (required) Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Must be willing to travel by car or airplane Must be able to obtain a passport and be willing to travel internationally (rare)

Hours:
