The ideal candidate will be responsible for running and selling appointments in the home, while helping customers find the right solution for their window or door needs. Our design Consultants are given appointments to run each day. This role requires a reliable vehicle for driving to and from appointments with a max radius of 2 hours at most. There is lots of flexibility in your schedule from day to day, outside of appointment times. We do not require prior in home sales experience, as there is a 2-3 week training, an in depth process and product knowledge to make you a window and door expert. The type of person required is a go getter who has lots of self fortitude. The opportunities this career can open are endless with an un-capped ceiling of income earning potential and a new scene every day. Duties Driving to and from appointments Using the in-home system taught Guide homeowners through the buying process Develop and maintain relationships with customers Become an expert in our product offerings and be able to properly walk customers through their features Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, along with helping our customers find affordable solutions through financing Experience Previous experience not necessary, but preferred Customer service experience Qualifications Must have valid driver's license with good driving record Reliable vehicle to get to and from appointments Pass background check
