Job Description
Deliver a strong customer experience built on trust and relationships Match customers with the right RV and product solutions Drive sales through consistent follow-up and pipeline management Transition successfully from ramp period into performance-based earnings Convert work ethic and customer interaction skills into measurable results Contribute to dealership revenue and customer satisfaction Greet and engage customers with professionalism and energy Identify customer needs, preferences, and goals Present RV options and benefits aligned to customer lifestyle Guide customers through the full sales process Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and past customers Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and stay organized Apply transferable skills (communication, problem-solving, service) in a sales environment Participate in training and coaching to improve performance Take ownership of activity, results, and overall success Strong work ethic (especially from hourly or production-based roles) Desire to move beyond fixed or capped income Confidence working with and communicating with customers Competitive, results-driven mindset Coachable and open to feedback Organized with consistent follow-up habits Background in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles is transferable Sales experience not required, but is a definite plus! Ability to pass a background and drug test Demonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions Strong customer engagement and conversion rates Achievement of sales targets (goal: 110 units/year) Successful transition from ramp to performance-based earnings Increased earnings tied to activity and performance High customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business Organized and active CRM pipeline Ongoing improvement in product knowledge and sales approach Guaranteed income during ramp (with completed training in first 30 days) Structured onboarding and training program Ongoing coaching from leadership CRM tools for lead and pipeline management Access to a wide range of RV inventory Team environment focused on performance and growth Who we are Bish's RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
