The Role:
As an In-Store Lead Generator, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and sales expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region.
What You'll Do:
Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills
What You'll Bring:
1-2 years of lead generation, field marketing or brand ambassador, in-store demo, and/or events experience preferred, but not required Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor Flexibility to work Friday - Sunday, 10am-6pm. Possible Saturday & Sunday schedule Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius
What To Expect:
