What Winning Looks Like You confidently conduct in-home consultations and close sales You follow up on every lead and open quote consistently You build strong referral relationships with builders, designers, realtors, and other connectors You generate repeat business and referrals naturally You become highly knowledgeable in products, design solutions, and sales strategy Customers rave about working with you Your pipeline keeps growing because your reputation keeps growing What You'll Be Doing Conducting professional in-home design consultations Helping customers select products that fit style, function, and budget Measuring and documenting projects accurately Following up consistently until opportunities close Building referral and networking relationships Asking for reviews and referrals Continuing to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and communication Delivering a "WOW" customer experience from consultation through installation Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for someone who has high energy, loves working with people, enjoys competition, embraces learning, and wants income tied to performance.
