This role is responsible for managing inbound and CRM-generated leads, qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, comfortable working in a CRM environment, and has an interest in construction, excavation, remodeling, or outdoor projects. This is a customer-facing role that plays a critical part in converting leads into successful projects. Duties Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through the company CRM system Qualify potential clients by gathering project details, timelines, budgets, and service needs Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM platform Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads through the sales process Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients and sales representatives Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities Build positive relationships with homeowners and prospective customers Support the sales team by ensuring appointments are properly prepared and documented Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service throughout all client interactions Requirements Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, inside sales, or lead management preferred Experience using CRM software is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage follow-up schedules effectively Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude Interest or knowledge in construction, remodeling, excavation, or home improvement is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills CRM proficiency and lead tracking experience Sales or telemarketing experience Basic understanding of residential construction or remodeling terminology Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance lead bonus opportunities Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development About Us Cascade Custom Construction and C3 Groundworks specialize in high-quality construction, remodeling, excavation, and site development services.
