Overview:

Barrier Pest Control is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to aggressively grow our commercial accounts across the Treasure Valley. This role is built for someone who can prospect, close, and produce in a structured, performance-driven environment. If you're competitive, accountable, and want your income tied directly to your results, this is the opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and develop new commercial accounts (property managers, businesses, facilities) Conduct site visits and present service solutions Close new contracts and build long-term client relationships Manage your pipeline, track leads, and follow up consistently Consistently hit and exceed performance targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (B2B preferred) Strong closer — not just a relationship builder Comfortable working within a structured sales process Proficient with CRM systems or lead tracking software Organized and disciplined with managing leads and follow-up Comfortable with in-person prospecting and rejection Highly accountable and results-driven

Compensation & Structure:

Base salary: $30,000

• 35,000 Uncapped, high-commission structure Performance bonuses tied to hitting targets Realistic earnings:

Average:

$70K

• 90K Strong performers: $90K
• 120K Top performers: $120K
• 150K+
