Job Description

Job Overview We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Rep to source, evaluate, and secure residential investment properties. This role is essential to our company's growth, as you'll be the front line in finding profitable home-flip opportunities. You'll analyze deals, negotiate with sellers, and help us build a consistent pipeline of undervalued properties. Key Responsibilities Conduct phone appointments with motivated sellers and handle overflow appointments from the Acquisitions team. Re-engage cold, outbound calling and follow-up. Generate leads through cold calling Qualify seller motivation, property condition, and timeline to identify acquisition opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead updates, appointment notes, and follow-up tasks. Collaborate with the Acquisitions team to ensure qualified leads are smoothly transitioned for contract negotiations and closing. Qualifying Characteristics 1-3+ years of experience in sales, wholesaling, investing, or acquisitions. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, comps, and investment strategies (e.g., BRRRR, fix-and-flip, wholesaling). Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/deals at once. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
