• $3,600 per week As an Outside Sales Representative at Radiant Windows, you will connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, introduce our premium triple-pane, energy-efficient replacement windows, and schedule qualified appointments with our sales specialists.

Responsibilities Represent Radiant Windows professionally through door-to-door customer acquisition. Educate homeowners on our premium window products and services. Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments. Answer basic customer questions and communicate available promotional opportunities. Maintain accurate appointment records and follow up with prospective customers. Build positive relationships with homeowners while supporting company sales goals. Requirements Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable approaching homeowners. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations. Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
