Staffing Coordinator/ B2B Sales

Gem State staffing in Twin Falls is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator with B2B Sales expertise to join our organization. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end staffing processes while cultivating strong business relationships to drive talent acquisition and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of technical recruiting, HR sourcing, and sales strategies, ensuring seamless talent placement and fostering long-term partnerships. This position offers an engaging environment where proactive communication, strategic negotiation, and innovative sourcing are essential to success. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various industries using HRIS tools such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through cold calling, social media management, and relationship management techniques to understand their staffing needs. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including internal recruiting, campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and succession planning initiatives. Negotiate employment contracts, compensation packages, and terms of engagement with candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize ATS platforms like Lever or PeopleSoft to track candidate progress and streamline the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, training & development programs, employee evaluation, and employee relations. Engage in lead generation activities to expand the client base through cold calling and social media outreach. Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems such as ADP or UltiPro for compliance and reporting purposes. Support talent management initiatives by participating in research efforts related to market trends and industry best practices.

Job Type:

Full-time, Day shift; Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary:

$18.00-20.00/hr. Pay will depend on experience, discussed at time of interview
