$24~$26/hr General Position Summary This role is responsible for sales support activities in the assigned territory to help achieve sales objectives, while managing customer requests and inquiries. Those with experience in freight forwarding business are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Support the sales team in daily activities. Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining/updating existing accounts and SOPs. Build and maintain professional customer/vendor relationships. Respond to business inquiries via phone, fax, and email. Prepare quotations for customers and provide rates to other branches or overseas offices. Attend weekly sales meetings to review project status and potential clients. Occasionally visit customers on-site. Customer Service Assist with operational tasks including booking, documentation, compliance, customs clearance, brokerage, notifications, delivery, and warehouse coordination. Monitor shipment status and coordinate between customers and vendors. Communicate with internal staff and agents to ensure smooth operations. Investigate and resolve customer issues. Support invoicing operations, including cross-border and distribution accounts. Administrative Duties Coordinate with Accounting on receivables and resolve outstanding accounts. Verify creditworthiness of assigned accounts. Help set credit terms for new customers in line with company policy. Submit expense reports promptly. Other Responsibilities Complete projects assigned by management. Identify opportunities for process improvements. Maintain high ethical standards and a clean, safe work area. Report any issues to management and maintain effective communication across the team. ー Qualifications Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows operating systems. Strong skills in customer service, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Experience in international freight forwarding ( Required ) ー Work Environment & Physical Demands Primarily office-based with moderate noise. Frequent travel by car and plane. Ability to sit for long periods, occasionally stand, walk, lift/move up to 50 lbs, and adjust focus for reading data. ※ This role may include additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs. ※
