Job Description

Our corporate headquarters, located in Warrenville, Illinois, houses the administrative and corporate support functions for the organization. Our 250+ local customer service centers (CSCs) are supported by regional operations teams located throughout North America.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer inquiries Participation in outbound sales calls/campaigns Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers Communication / coordination with local Charter Operations Teams Booking and confirming trips Follow up on pending quotes Invoicing, payment processing, and collection in certain markets Other duties as assigned The hourly wage is $22-$25/hour for this position. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent 3-5 years' experience in customer service and inside sales
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task effectively Thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Summit School Services has a zero-tolerance policy on conduct that is incompatible with its policies and values, including sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, abuse of authority, and discrimination.
