Job Description

Installation Sales Coordinator - Part-Time $22 per hour Our Company Wilke Window & Door is the largest Andersen® window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork, and cabinetry to both commercial and retail customers. We've been in business for over 65 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL. Position Overview Wilke Window & Door in Shiloh, IL is currently seeking a Part-Time Installation Sales Coordinator to assist the current Installation Sales Coordinator in supporting daily operations within our Installation Sales Department. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and providing administrative and customer service support. The role focuses on coordination, follow-up, and clerical assistance to ensure smooth scheduling and communication for installation projects.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Approximately 20 hours per week Key Responsibilities Assist the Installation Sales Coordinator with daily scheduling and administrative duties Answer incoming phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling Maintain and update customer information in internal databases Perform general clerical duties including filing, emailing, mailing, and document management Provide support with light billing, invoicing, and payroll-related tasks as needed Assist sales staff and management with various administrative tasks Handle customer inquiries and challenges following established company guidelines Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a polite, professional, and timely manner Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Outlook Calendars Experience working with customer databases or CRM systems Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills Familiarity with building materials or construction-related products is a plus Compensation $22.00 per hour
