Sales Assistant for Computer Consulting Services

Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and provided leads to generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct B2B sales activities by presenting consulting services that meet client needs and demonstrating the value of our technology solutions. Assist in the closing of sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering ongoing partnerships. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines accurately. Communicate technical information clearly and confidently, translating complex solutions into understandable benefits for clients. Experience Proven experience in inside sales, and business development within the technology or consulting sector. Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Prior experience in technical sales or working within a customer service-oriented environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calls confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology products or services is a plus. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
