Job Title:
Business Development Representative (Staffing Industry - B2B) Position Overview Prominent Personnel Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the industrial and hospitality sector. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process, experience with B2B sales in the staffing industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B client relationships within the industrial and hospitality sector (manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, customer service, etc.) • Engage in inside sales activities, including telemarketing and follow-up calls to prospective customers. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and account expansion Partner closely with recruiting teams to align client needs with candidate pipelines Demonstrate a strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement Conduct client needs assessments to understand workforce challenges and provide tailored staffing solutions Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in CRM systems Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a trusted advisor to clients Qualifications 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a staffing or recruiting agency Proven understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes Bilingual in Spanish. Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient Preferred Qualifications Existing network within industrial or light industrial sectors Experience selling staffing solutions such as temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire Knowledge of workforce compliance and safety standards in industrial settings Key Competencies Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceptional service Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability Strong collaboration skills with internal recruiting teams High level of professionalism and integrity What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission structure Paid Holidays Health Insurance Supportive and team-oriented work environment
