Please review thoroughly before submitting your application. ※ Company Overview A growing distribution-related company is seeking a Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and develop new business across a multi-state Midwest territory. This role is intended to support customers in the Korean market, while also collaborating closely with internal sales and product teams. Position Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales growth within the assigned territory. The role involves customer visits, product introductions, order support, needs assessment, and problem-solving. Overnight out-of-state travel is required approximately 4-6 days per month. Key Responsibilities Manage and support existing customer accounts, including order intake, product guidance, needs assessment, and issue-resolution support Develop new customer accounts and identify potential sales opportunities Communicate customer needs, market feedback, and sales activity with the internal sales team Support new product development by sharing customer and market insights Assist with additional sales-related tasks as needed Travel within the assigned territory, including overnight out-of-state travel approximately 4-6 days per month
Qualifications Required:
English language ability Korean or Japanese language ability Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle as required Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills
Preferred:
Prior sales experience Experience working with Korean market customers or multicultural customer bases Experience in distribution, wholesale, food, consumer goods, or related industries Other Details Assigned territory includes multiple Midwest states such as IL, WI, MN, NE, MO, KS, IA, KY, IN, OH, and MI Company vehicle, PC, and mobile phone will be provided Role is intended to support the Korean market customer base ※This role may include additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs.※
