Job Description

Sales/F&I Hybrid Job Summary:
This team member would take our buyers through the financing process, structuring their deals, providing education about available financing, aftermarket products, service contracts and dealership services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. This team member is also expected to be certified by the manufacturer in product knowledge and assist in sales floor coverage. In this role, you have the potential to take a deal from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Split time between the sales floor and finance when the finance manager is unavailable. Process deals with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely funding and compliance with all applicable regulations. Completes all documentation in a timely manner. Offers vehicle financing and vehicle protection plans to customers with knowledge of coverage and terms and conditions to explain why they would be beneficial to the customer. Maintains positive working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs Educates the Sales team on finance and lease programs and a system by which all sales customers are referred to the F&I department Achieves sales targets and department goals Communicates with Sales, Administrative support staff, and Managers to allow seamless execution of all aspects of the customer experience Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications and Skills:
5 years + experience in automotive sales or automotive finance, strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills Strong professional ethics and desire to help customers have a positive buying experience WMI is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
