Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative and become a vital driver of our customer engagement and revenue growth! In this role, you'll recover missed revenue opportunities on service/maintenance tickets, and also recover lost sales prospects for new equipment installation by answering customer questions and reaching out to uncommitted clients proactively. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This commission + base paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions truly make a difference.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on all open Residential Equipment Sales Estimates when the Follow Up Process is not executed by the Comfort Specialist, or after the appropriate time window. 2. Follow up on open Residential Service/Maintenance repair recommendations made by technicians, or Dispatch. 3. Contact customers who purchase equipment and major accessories 1-2 working days after the install and execute the Happy Call Process. 4. Aid in assisting the Client Serve Representative (CSR) department with outbound and incoming phone calls and scheduling, using our best-in-class software tools available. 5. Consistent follow-up (recorded) and relationship management to existing clients on uncommitted work to reach sales targets and deadlines. 6. Communicate sold jobs to dispatch, warehouse, and Managers to ensure projects progress smoothly. 7. Assist with financing approvals and have budget conversations with clients. 8. Schedule Marketed lead appointments for Comfort Specialist to optimize sales likelihood with the correct information and for customer convenience. 9. Keep data organized and audit regularly for accuracy in all Open Opportunity and Estimate reporting. 10. Other duties as assigned. 11. Represent the company professionally at all times and adhered to Home Comfort's Core Value's with enthusiasm.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Customer satisfaction, direct feedback, and positive reviews. 2. Closing rate and average sales for Comfort Consultants and Technicians
  • improvement YoY. 3. Achieving a high level of customer contact daily (weekly activity goals TBD based on campaign activity and seasonality.) 4. Monthly Sales goals meet or exceed current required metrics. Qualifications Account Management Experience
  • 3 Years minimum. Excellent Communication Skills

Monday
  • Friday 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm.
  • Evening/Weekends on occasion during peak and demand season, or as assistance is required from Comfort Specialist or Sales Manager
