Sales Representative Our company is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team! If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping homeowners bring their dream backyard projects to life, we'd love to hear from you. Job Overview As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential customers, providing estimates, and closing sales for inground pools, pool renovations, patios, retaining walls, concrete work, and outdoor living projects. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and understand their project needs. Present our services and provide professional recommendations. Prepare and follow up on estimates and proposals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and online inquiries. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Track sales activities and maintain organized records. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Sales experience is preferred (construction, pools, or home improvement is a plus). Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up consistently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer Competitive pay + commission.
