This individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing customized packaging solutions that meet each customer's needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in corrugated packaging or a related industry, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new customers to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage retention, repeat business, and account growth. Understand customer needs and recommend corrugated packaging products and custom packaging solutions that meet their specifications, quality expectations, and budget with the help of our design team. Work closely with customer service, design, and production teams to coordinate expectations, pricing, quotes, samples, and customer proposals. Serve as a primary point of contact for accounts, providing responsive service and helping resolve questions or concerns. Qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in corrugated packaging, custom packaging, folding cartons, or a related manufacturing industry. Knowledge of corrugated materials, packaging styles, converting processes, and custom packaging applications strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate solutions with internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
