Creative Resource Personnel is looking for driven Appointment Setters to join our growing Sales Team and help us expand our reach in the light industrial staffing industry. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role for people who want to build real sales skills, earn uncapped commission, and grow into a long-term career with a company that invests in your success. Your effort directly impacts your income, and there is no cap on commission potential. What You'll Do Make outbound cold calls to businesses in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and other light industrial sectors. Connect with decision-makers and introduce Creative Resource Personnel's staffing services. Qualify prospects and identify hiring needs. Set high-quality appointments for our sales closers. Help create new business opportunities that turn into long-term client relationships. Track activity and progress accurately in the CRM system. What You'll Earn Starting salary of $40,000/year. $50 bonus per qualified appointment set. $350 bonus for every appointment that becomes a new client after the first invoice is paid. Uncapped commission with no limit on earning potential. What We're Looking For 0-3 years of sales, customer service, call center, or phone-based experience. Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence. Comfort with cold calling and handling rejection professionally. Motivation to learn, improve, and grow.
