What You'll Do:

Close leads provided and canvass neighborhoods and generate opportunities Educate homeowners on potential roof damage Schedule and run inspections Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process Serve as liaison between customer and insurance company Work closely with production to ensure a smooth job experience Maintain CRM and update client information daily This is not a sit-and-wait sales role. This is for someone with hustle.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills Self-motivated & goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and climbing residential roofs Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Sales experience is a plus (but not required — we train the right people)
