Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email Prepare and enter quotes and sales orders into internal systems Deliver personalized support to maintain strong client relationships Handle shared phone responsibilities across the team Assist with occasional shop-related tasks as needed Maintain accurate and organized records in ERP systems What's needed? Experience in a customer-facing or Inside Sales Representative role Proven ability to build relationships beyond transactional interactions Familiarity with quoting processes Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365 and ERP platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with adaptability

Key Details Compensation:

$18-$22/hour
