You'll help customers choose the wash package that best fits their needs, introduce them to our Unlimited Wash Club, and make sure every visit is friendly, efficient, and enjoyable.

Your day may include:

Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression Explaining wash options, memberships, promotions, and pricing Recommending Unlimited Wash Club memberships to maximize customer value Processing purchases using cash and card payment systems Guiding vehicles safely into the wash tunnel Monitoring wash operations to help deliver a quality experience Keeping vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized Completing routine cleaning and general site maintenance Working alongside teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have: A friendly, outgoing personality and confidence talking with customers A willingness to learn sales techniques and meet performance goals Dependability and a strong attendance record The ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions The ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful, but it is not required.
