About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll be the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role leverages advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality bath solutions, combining strong sales skills with customer service excellence. Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system Build personalized bath designs using easy-to-use software Provide pricing information and close sales consistently Engage in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen skills and knowledge Maintain follow-ups and excellent customer communication throughout the sales process Qualifications Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills Experience in home sales is highly valued; home remodeling industry experience is a plus Reliable transportation and local residency required Confidence in public speaking and delivering clear, professional presentations Self-motivated, goal-focused, and disciplined work habits Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with homeowners in social settings Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Compensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
