The Role This is an opportunity to learn and develop your sales skills at a specialist financial advisory firm. Every deal has a stage, owner, and last-touch date. Learn the interest rate risk landscape and how CIRM's work affects clients' funding costs and margins. Months 3-6 Own before/after for every senior meeting: prepare a briefing note before, execute a follow-up sequence after.

Monitor weekly:

debt facility closings, ABS issuances, leadership changes and deliver 5+ actionable prospect touchpoints per week. Execute 20+ first-touch contacts per week, reviewed for quality before sending. Run a disciplined follow-up cadence and book intro meetings independently. Active participation in prospect meetings with senior RM.
