Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as an Entry Level Sales Representative, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive the success of our company in-store. In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their enrollment experience, offering expert advice on our products and services. Your proactive approach will ensure customers have a great experience and every customer leaves satisfied. This hourly paid position provides an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a vibrant environment dedicated to quality service and community engagement. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Deliver face to face sales presentations of products and services Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions Process transactions accurately and efficiently Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and event setups Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting Track sales activity and customer interactions using internal systems Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive store performance Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the retail location Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development Qualifications Previous experience or strong interest in retail sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers. Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
