We're looking for a motivated, compassionate, and relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and building long-term partnerships throughout the healthcare community. If you're looking to transition from a clinical role into leadership, outreach, or business development—or you're already experienced in healthcare relationship management—we'd love to meet you. This is a community-based position , meaning you'll spend your time visiting healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations—not sitting behind a desk. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners Represent A Place At Home throughout the local community Educate referral partners about our home care services Attend networking events, health fairs, educational programs, and community events Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and referrals Maintain accurate activity records using our CRM system Collaborate with leadership to develop outreach strategies Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals, seniors, and families Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about helping seniors Self-motivated and driven Professional and dependable An excellent communicator Comfortable meeting new people every day Organized and goal-oriented Able to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team Ideal Backgrounds We encourage candidates from a variety of healthcare and relationship-focused backgrounds to apply, including: Occupational Therapist (OT) Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Healthcare Outreach Community Relations Physician Liaison Senior Living Home Health Hospice Home Care Healthcare Marketing Business Development Client Relations Clinical experience is valued, but not required.
