$70,000~$85,000/year+bonus
R OLE AND R ESPONSIBILITIES
• Generation of quotations to customers and suppliers Inventory management and forecast analysis. (Reviewing stock levels and customer forecast fluctuation) Review and approval of quotations, stock orders and sales related documents. Handling of delivery and quality issues. Handling of launch activities, (RFQ, Spec in development, PPAP/PDS, Tooling stock build plan, etc.) and mass production follow up for projects. Management of Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables and slow-moving stocks. Monitoring sales/profits/freight expenses and creation of sales budget Daily management of Sales team activities and performance. Development and expansion of new business with current and new customers. Regular customer and supplier visitation.
Q UALIFICATIONS AND E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS
BA or BS in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain/Engineering or Related Field 3~5 years' experience in Sales or related industry. Speaks Japanese at an idiomatic level and English at a business level
P REFERRED S KILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
