Job Description
STD / LTD 401
(k) with match Company Vehicle Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience in a service-based industry required; Sales experience in construction/landscaping is preferred; Experience working with and selling to high-end clientele is required; Strong communication skills; High attention to detail; Ability to understand and translate client needs; Self-motivated and organized; Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to understand their outdoor living vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals; Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage customer inquiries with professionalism; Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets; Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and conceptual designs; Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of estimating and proposals; Build and maintain strong client relationships; Collaborate with design and construction teams; Maintain organized sales pipeline in CRM; Follow up consistently to close sales; Ensure a high-quality client experience; Participate in community and networking events; Perform other duties as assigned.
