Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales order administration process, providing exceptional customer support, and generating key performance reports. This role acts as a vital bridge between sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently, directly contributing to business growth and high customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned. Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments. Provides purchase order confirmations and shipping information to sales team and customers. Enters certifications into ERP software. Schedules building maintenance and manages front-office operations. Responds to customer-specific administrative requests such as daily shipments and quality lists. Reviews and follows up with the sales team to organize and clean up sales orders, purchase orders, RMAs, credits and will-calls. Tracks and expedites purchase orders, transfers and sales orders. Assists sales team in following up and responding to customers on administrative tasks. Collaborates with sales, operations, and accounting, fabrication, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer support. Performs additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Proficiency in standard office and database programs/equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years' experience in a sales support role or equivalent
