This role requires someone who can respond to customers quickly and accurately over email/text, be pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. What You'll Do Monitor and respond quickly to internet sales leads Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to set qualified appointments Work with customers throughout their journey, from first contact to final sale Provide accurate price quotes, rates, and inventory availability Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles with confidence Guide customers through credit application processes Stay up-to-date on Nissan products and certifications.
